Ministry Assistants of Colorado Annual Conference
Conference to be held at Agape Outpost in Breckenridge, lodging at Holiday Inn in Frisco. (See directions for both locations below)
Registration begins Wednesday evening with snacks and informal get-together. Sessions begin on Thursday, Sept. 25 at 8:30 a.m. and runs through noon on Friday Sept. 26.
Session topics include:
- Military Ministry
- Threat/Security
- Community Involvement/Awareness
- CPR Training
CPR Training is included in the conference cost but application for individual CPR certification cards is an additional $5
- Preparedness
Roundtable disscussion: First Impressions
If your church has "Welcome" or informational packets that you give to visitors, please bring a sample
Dinner on Thursday evening will be a "Mystery Dinner"
"Extreme Makeover" - Does your office need an extreme makeover or is your's an example that we would all like to follow? We'd like to see pictures of your office, as it appears on a regular basis. Driving Directions to Holiday Inn:
From I-70 (either direction), take the Frisco exit (203) and turn left at the first stop light.
Driving directions to Agape Outpost:
From I-70, take exit 203 (Frisco exit) onto Highway 9 South. Stay on Highway 9 through Frisco. Once past the lake, there is a stop light at Swan Mountain Road (Summit High school is on the right). Agape Outpost is to the south of (straight through) this light on the east (left) side of the highway.
MAC member registration includes conference fee, lunch and dinner on Thursday and lodging Wednesday and Thursday nights. Reservations are required for guests for lunch and dinner on Thursday. Please add cost for these meals for your guests to your registration fee.
Conference & lodging registration fees:
Conference fee only - lodging not needed ($50)
Room shared with another conference attendee ($110)
Room alone or shared with non-conference attendee ($170) for either two double beds or one king size bed
Cost includes room for 2 nights and conference cost for one attendee. Meals for non-conference persons are: Lunch ($10) and Dinner ($20)
